RDMailD為何寄信被退回？

素大 您好！
我是使用 雷電MAILDXP v1.9 Release 11 file update 6 (built at 2006/09/12)版本。
寄信後，會退的伺服器有 yahoo.com.tw ， msn.com ， so-net.net.tw 等。最近 msn.com 好像又正常了。如果我用 msa.hinet.net及ms24.hinet.net來寄信一切都正常(不會退信)。
