Spamassassin 的安裝問題

素大您好

想請問一下
我在安裝Spamassassin時
一步一步造著做
進行到nmake install這步驟
會出現下列錯誤訊息

感覺像是Windows版與Linux版的不同造成的
這會造成之後在sa-learn時
會出現下列錯誤訊息

sa-learn 這我不會. 所以無法給建議.

漸漸摸索出一點頭緒
更換新版之後
就沒事了

另外我也發現
應該是因為登入帳號不能是中文的樣子
不然就會出問題

再想請教一下
因為local.cf在三個地方都有
c:\etc\mail\spamassassin
c:\Mail-SpamAssassin-3.1.0\rules
c:\perl\site\etc\mail\spamassassin

這些有什麼分別
要設定在哪才會生效呢？
