退信訊息求教：5.x.1 - Maximum number of delivery attempts exceeded.

又來請教您了，
有同事反應說友人的郵件寄不到我們的郵件伺服器，
我請他寄給我看退信訊息，訊息如下，
可是看其訊息不是很了解，
想請問有什麼可能的原因造成該友人的信件被擋？
謝謝~

註：我黑名單並無設定「umc.com」，
　　想到比較有可能的只有IP被擋，
　　但查過「umc.com」的兩筆MX記錄，
　　IP「203.66.X.X」「210.71.X.X」「210.202.X.X」均不在黑名單中

雷電的防治廣告信有開啟SBL-XBL、SORBS、DSBL、Greylisting+Spamassassin 3.10

不把「umc.com」直接加入白名單的原因是在log檔上也有常有假冒umc.com的廣告信件被greylisting擋下來，
(像yahoo、hotmail之類的免費郵箱，常常都是廣告信，所以也都是不加進白名單的)
有請同事試著設個人白名單，(設單一郵件地址)
但仍是寄不到被退信，所以才想問素大看看~^^"

我查找由當日的dtl檔，發現是被greylisting阻擋，
但只有出現兩次寄送訊息，並沒有到五次，(退信訊息說試寄了5次)
(是否有可能因網路問題，所以其它三次是沒記錄到的)

暫時是把「umc.com」加入白名單後解決~

我的網域是「gemtw.com」

這幾天把greylisting調整為5-180分鐘，等級D，
因為發現有些郵件伺服器，如UMC，重寄時間短，重試次數少就寄不過來了，
(還有郵件伺服器10分鐘內寄4次)

最扯的是發現seednet，我才剛寄就被退，
有查過log，連試寄第二次都沒有，
只好把seednet加入到白名單上才解決~@@"

不知道大家是否有這樣的情況？

因怕廣告信會變多，
所以我暫時還是先用D級，５－１８０分，
再有人說寄不過來再換成B級試試，
（常互寄的都已加入白名單）

只是好奇想問一下，就是mail server 寄信的IP，
有可能會換來換去的嗎？
不然設成B級有什麼意義？
若是該郵件伺服器有多個IP且不同區段，（不同ISP網路的話）
應該greylisting也是會重新計算吧？（比對IP、寄件人、收件人）
