寄信被退信問題

請大家幫忙查看一下,最近公司內部寄出的 mail 許多客戶都沒收到,員工收到的退信訊息如下: (透過Outlook 2003)

公司 domain : touchpanelpro.com
IP : 59.120.152.89
mail host name : mail.touchpanelpro.com

此為寄到大陸的 oozic.com 客戶域名
Response message:

Reason: Timeout for attempting to re-send in 1 times.

寄到 kiyohara.com.tw 域名,對方沒收到mail,產生的退信訊息如下:

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message.

寄到 partner.com.tw 域名,對方沒收到mail,產生的退信訊息如下:

* 客戶端寄給我司都正常可以收到mail
* 我司寄到少數客戶端的mail會產生上述的訊息
* 我司內部員工 local group 寄收皆正常

綜合以上訊息皆不是雷電的訊息, 可以推斷你的系統防毒接管了傳送工作,
或者你有導到本機的其它軟體在寄
