今天一個使用者發出一封信後收到下列的退信訊息:
503 This mail server requires authentication when attempting to send to a non-local e-mail address. Please check your mail client settings or contact your administrator to verify that the domain or address is defined for this server.
Remote host: flexomail.com

我的Client端有設定外送信件需要認證...
其他的我不懂他的意思....
請問這是什麼問題??該如何解決??

flexomail.com MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = mail.flexomail.com
mail.flexomail.com internet address = 81.7.159.139

對方domain 有點難查, 因為查不到MX 就會以網域名去連, 它網域名 flexomail.com 那台機器可能是供內部使用的, 所以要驗證, 所以你server 連到的不是收外界信的 mail.flexomail.com

因為這可能只是暫時性對方網域問題, 你可以請使用者再試寄, 倘若一直查不到MX, 無法連到正確的 mail.flexomail.com , 可能你要改變你的maild 中所使用的DNS IP, 不然就要到特殊情況外寄去設定指定 flexomail.com 的信要連到 mail.flexomail.com
