最近一直被退信

你好!!使用雷電MAIL伺服器與DNS後
最近寄到客戶的信件一直被退信
而且退信的資料

公司的網域是lplaw.com.tw
請問我還要提供甚麼資料 以方便你們查詢

遇到這種錯誤訊息, 我習慣會先查對方網域的MX,
確認你連的伺服器對還是錯

1)

連的地方對, 但它reject 你, 表示是它本身的reject, 要知原因只有問對方

它的MX IP 是 217.173.x.x 跟你所連位置不一樣,
且你所連的位置也不是 194.19.86.146
所以不清楚你為何會連到那個IP, 若你連的server 不是 217.x.x.x ,
那麼遇到對方因為拒絕relay 要求來把你拒絕也是很正常的錯誤

你連到的是它的第二個MX, 但它確說relay access denied,
表示是它自己的問題, 第二台MX 根本無法接受 @salmat.com.tw 的網域信件.
