誰來救救我!! 我被列入黑名單了........

各位大大.

我們在使用雷電maild已有一段時間,在設定上也一且有勾選"啟動SMTP Relay"和
"啟動ip限制"的功能, 但今天卻發現我們的ip有被列入國外網站的黑名單當中,導致
我們寄部份件給客戶時常常遭受退件的情況.
我們今日確認時發現一則訊息如下:
"Dialup equivalent ip addresses.
These are generally determined by manually looking at the reverse DNS names or ARIN/RIPE/APNIC network names.
If you have a real mail server on a static ip address in one of these networks, please let me know so I can correct this list.
Please include the bounds of your static ip subnet so that I can remove the entire subnet,
rather than just the specific ip address of your current mail server.
Note that this sentence applies even if you only have a single ip address -
I have no way of knowing that unless you specifically tell me.
Note that I am looking for the address space actually used by you,
not the entire address space used by your access provider.
I generally list cable modem, dsl and adsl networks where the provider
does not publish the customer contact information for the sub-allocations via either ARIN or rwhois.
Examples of such providers include but are not limited to AT&T and GTE."
